Q: I paid the $19.99 for the membership access, but I accidentally closed out the screen before creating my username and password. What should I do?
A: Call us immediately at 480-766-1837. Or, email us at support@theforensicminds.com or fill out a support ticket. We will immediately generate your login information for you.
Q: My file didn’t download properly. What should I do?
A: Email us at support@theforensicminds.com or fill out a support ticket. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Q: Can I access the website from different computers?
A: To prevent members from sharing their username, you can only login using three unique IP addresses within 30 days. If you exceed three unique IP addresses associated with the same username, a temporary ban will be imposed locking you out of the account for 1 hour. The temporary ban, will ONLY affect the offending Link and/or Username associated with the security breach.
Q: Where can I change my profile or password?
A: You can change your profile by logging into your account. In the “Member’s Area” at the top of the page is a link to “Modify Profile”
Q: I downloaded and opened the PowerPoint file but the it doesn’t automatically play the slides and sounds. Instead I see a bunch of slides.
A: Hit the F5 button on your keyboard or in PowerPoint 2003/2007, click View Show on the Slide Show menu.
Q: How long are the audio files?
A: They range anywhere from 45 – 90 minutes.
